At Central Financial Services, Inc., (Central) and its family of financial services companies (affiliates), we are committed to providing you with top-quality financial products and services. And while our service is dependent upon your information, we fully recognize your right to privacy. Therefore, we want you to understand our information safeguards, what information we collect, what information we share and the rights you have to protect that information.
OUR SAFEGUARDS: We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to effectively service your account. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
INFORMATION COLLECTED: We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

∙ Information from a consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.
INFORMATION DISCLOSED: We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above.
TO WHOM THE INFORMATION IS DISCLOSED: We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of third parties:
∙ Financial service providers, such as mortgage brokers and insurance companies;
∙ Non-financial companies, such as retailers and direct marketers; and
∙ Others, such as nonprofit organizations.
We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law. We may also disclose all information described above to the following:
∙ Companies that perform marketing services for us or for one or more other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements, and
∙ Other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
INFORMATION ABOUT FORMER CUSTOMERS: With regards to our former customers, the types of nonpublic personal information that we disclose is the same information set forth above under “Information Collected”. The third parties to whom we disclose our former customers’ nonpublic personal information is the same parties as listed above under “To Whom The Information Is Disclosed”.
YOUR RIGHTS: If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If your transaction with us involves joint consumers, we will treat an opt out direction by a joint consumer as applying to all of the associated joint consumers. If you wish to opt out of disclosures to nonaffiliated third parties, you may call the following toll-free number 1-888-359-5720.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT: We share information about you with our affiliates. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you may direct us not to share certain credit information with our affiliates. Examples of the kind of credit information that you may direct us not to share include the nonpublic personal information you provide in your application or that we obtain about you from nonaffiliated third parties such as credit bureaus. Please provide your name, address, social security number and account number(s). Your request not to share credit information does not include information we are permitted to share by law, such as information related solely to our experiences or transactions with you. Your account balance and payment history are examples of transaction and experience information that we are always permitted to share with our affiliates.
